Personal Training Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes “life happens” and you have to cancel an appointment. Our schedules are very tight because we are trying to help as many people as we can! We feel that we have a very fair cancellation policy and will always do our best to work with you.

Please read the following cancellation policy carefully:

  • Students must cancel out of a coaching session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • If you cancel within the 24-hour time period of the start time of the session, you will be charged for that session.
  • Each student will have one free “no show” per package purchased. They can late cancel once per package and not be penalized.

Refund Policy:

Once a payment for purchase of a package or service from Human Fitness is made there will be no refunds allowed. Remember why you came!
